About SAKO

The SAKO Foundation is a non-profit organization. We work together with local partner organizations in Bangladesh and Indonesia to give children the opportunity to develop their talents and fulfil their potential. We do this by improving education and health care services for children and their families. SAKO Foundation liaises with local partners in country, using existing local structures wherever possible. We are committed to improving the quality and accessibility of these structures.

Those working for the SAKO Foundation do so on a voluntary basis. The organisation raises funds for locally initiated projects, and supports these projects with ideas and technical support wherever possible.
